You'd know if you had one. I know that sounds stupid, but it's true. It's like fireworks; it's really hard to ignore and it takes over your entire body and it makes you shiver and tremble and make noise usually. It feels like all your nerves are being messed with at once, but all your nerves have been relocated to down there. And it feels really good & warm, and it comes in waves.
