Eczema or Gluten Allergy?

So I’ve had this scaly patch of skin in the same spot for about a month now. It’s raised, and it itches a lot. Whenever it itches, both of my arms start to itch, and they get bumps all over them. I’ve used eczema lotion every night for two weeks, and nothing has changed. It’s actually getting bigger. Should I get tested for a gluten allergy?

Id go to the doctors. Doesn’t look like either to me but its worth getting it looked at

why would your mind automatically go to gluten allergy? it could be anything. psoriasis is more likely than gluten allergy

Try a hydrocortisone steroid cream at 1%.
Looks like my partners early eczema rashes. He has full on psoriasis now though. 
Avoid soaps on it and try a soap substitute like aqueos cream. Moisturize as well.
