Pregnant friends and kids party while struggling with infertility

I am currently very very down due to a second failed IUI. Had a baseline today for IUI #3 and it didn't go so well. My friend is throwing a birthday party for her son this weekend and she is currently 8 months pregnant. I have work but she wants me to stop over after. I honestly don't know if I can. I already feel SO depressed and I know that will make it worse. This is NOTHING against her, I'm so happy for her. It's all me and my struggle. I would love some advice, thanks! Also, this friend basically told me the other day she doesn't think IUI will work for me and it should just happen since we are unexplained infertility.
