I used a bedside co-sleeper crib. I liked it and will use it again for this baby. Made nighttime nursing super easy. It has side pockets for things that I needed like lanolin, fresh nursing pads, burp cloths and underneath you can store diapers, wipes and a little bin with a lid for dirty diapers. When baby was teeny I'd roll him around the house with me in the bassinet and put him down for daytime naps in his crib with a monitor.
