I've been getting multiple big red pimples on my back and chest for the past two or three weeks. I shower everyday, and since I noticed the problem I bought a back exfoliating brush. They just keep coming. I've used masks and acne lotion and wash. I'm 23 years old and haven't had acne like this in almost 10 years. I know that increase in acne can be an early pregnancy sign, but honestly I don't think I'm pregnant because Ive been on birth control for 5 years. But I guess it's possible. I just really don't know. Its embarrassing when my fiancé looks at me because I've got these nasty pus pockets all over my chest and back. Anyone know why this could be happening?
