BC after baby - looking for suggestions
I’m 4 weeks pp and my SO and I are using condoms currently to prevent another little one. We want to wait at least two years before getting pregnant again.
What bc options did you ladies use and like? I’m EBF now and want to feed and pump for the first year. I’m open to the mini pill and possibly an IUD, but wanted to hear from other moms.
