Lecithin

Has anyone had success using this? I’m having issues with clogged ducts this time around and my friend swears by using a lecithin.

UPDATE: I have been spending a lot time with my heating pad on the clogged area and then massaging it out, followed by pumping right after massaging. I am taking the lecithin and luckily a combo of taking that and doing all of the above, my effected ducts are unclogged! I am going to continue taking the lecithin just because I do think that it helped!! Lactation consultant suggested taking 3 pills every 6 hours so that’s what I’ve been doing!
