Spotting ??

Ok This may be long sorry in advance!

So I was on depo for 2 years last injection was 13 months ago. My periods came back in January and have been regular since they started 😍. I had my period the end of last month and was a little lighter then Normal and shorter. Not that big of a deal. Till this week I have been spotting a light peachy color with watery CM. Feeling a little sick but not a lot. It's to early to test but this is out of the norm for me. Any advise please!!!
