Natural Curls ?? help !

Question

Do any of you ladies have any tips or tricks on how to redefine natural curls ? I was born with naturally curly hair and throughout the years straightening my hair over and over has led the curls to start laying flat and having no volume . I want my natural hair back, help . 🙁💔

You might have a bit of a transition period, but I'd recommend a deep condition and then work up to only washing a couple of  times a week. Curly hair tends to be thicker and fewer washes helps the texture and reduces frizz

yes!!! Google the curly girl method. it's a little co fusing at firat but essentially you don't wash your hair with sulfates and you don't use silicones in it. I haven't used shampoo aince like may. I wash with either straight conditioner or cowash. it's done wonders for my hair.

I have really curly hair and when I was younger I would straighten it religiously.. Obviously that led to heat damage and when I went natural I had to cut it short. It eventually grew out and now I love it. As a rule of thumb, don't shampoo everyday and let your hair dry naturally! 
Try conditioner on dry hair and then wash off, avoid hot water, argan/coconut oil i use After a shower.
