Help!!! Pregnant or in my head? Or something else lol.

On September 24th I ENDED my period. On September 25th my husband and I had UNPROTECTED sex, just six days before I started ovulating (October 2nd is day number one) on September 27th I spotted (light pink blood.) then on October 3rd (Second day of ovulation. According to Glow I had an 11% chance of pregnancy) we had PROTECTED sex, the very next day October 4th-5th I had mild to light cramping. Now October 9th, my breast became slightly tender on the outer areas. No other symptoms. And keep in mind my next menstrual cycle is supposed to start October 21st according to Glow. Should I take a PT or save my money and have nothing to worry about?
