Positive OPK

Ok, so last month I took 100 mg of Clomid for PCOS and on CD 8 my clearblue advanced started blinking happy face. For two straight weeks that thing blinked with no solid happy face. I got a follicle study and I didn’t have a mature follicle. I also tested positive for ovulation on one of the cheap LH tests for one day. My doctor said its probably because I have so many small follicles that I am having a false positive. Anyways, this month I took 150 mg had a lot more cramping this month then last from the clomid, on CD 9, I got a blinking happy face and CD 11 I got a solid happy face. Do you think I good get a solid happy face with no mature follicle? I never got a solid last month so I have high hopes but I’ve learned to not get my hopes up. Follicle study is on Wednesday.
