Numbness and Tingling

Anybody experiencing this? Before pregnancy I could sleep on my hand the whole night with no worries, now it goes numb in 10 minutes or less and fully returns maybe an hour later. Even with normal activity, ill get numbness and tingling in my right arm and hand, more so middle finger. I researched and it says it's "normal" due to increase blood supply and added weight from pregnancy. Just wanted to see if anyone else may have noticed this. I plan on asking the doctor as well at my anatomy scan on the 29th.
