Painful Cramps
Hi Girls... Throughout the years my period cramps have evolved. I still remember when I could barely feel any pain and my period would last up to 3 days. Now I'm looking at 5-7 days and my cramps are terrible and I get cramps for up to 3 days into my period ... I currently have no pills to help ease the pain, so I'm wondering what are the best methods to ease the pain and oh my cramps last for hours is it normal?
