Worried about a mole?

i have a mole on my vagina (kind of at the top) which is probably about the size of a pencil erasor and is raised. It's in a weird place because it kind of sits on top of a fold (if this makes any sense) I have had it for as long as I can remember (I'm 20) I don't remember ever looking down there one day and thinking wtf where did this come from. i haven't noticed any bleeding or itching from it and it has never bothered me but i do have a touch of health anxiety and often start worrying about random things and start googling stuff :/ should i get it looked at? a sexual health nurse spotted it one time when I was having a check up and asked me if i had had it checked but they didn't seem concerned when I said I'd had it from birth. i'm a bit worried about it.
