Post birth pain
Anyone else dealing with a perineal tear? Mine was pretty big, I think almost to my anus. And it hurts SO bad. We're on day 3 so I know it's early but omg it hurts so bad constantly. I'm using the numbing spray, frozen witch hazel pads, aloe Vera, and spray bottle but it's not helping much. I'm trying to avoid taking the Percocet rx because it makes me tired and obviously I have to be up to feed baby. Just curious if this is normal?
