Pregnant 2 weeks after MC?

I had a natural mc at 8 weeks August 22nd and bled for about a month and a half. It’s been about 3 weeks since I stopped bleeding. I didn’t have a d&c; and I didn’t have to take the pills or shots. It happened naturally. My obgyn said the last week was my period because the bloodwork and scans show no more hormone or sac in my uterus. I have no idea when I ovulated but it happened sometime last week and now I have milky white discharge that normally doesn’t happen when I ovulate. I was wondering if it’s possible I got pregnant again? When can I test? Idk if my periods are going to be regular. I’ve heard you’re super fertile after a mc. Praying and praying I am.
