Help me I'm confused

So I'm pissed off I haven't had my period since 8/28 and I took three at home test and they all were positive. I made a doctor appointment went to it they didn't do any blood work just sent me for a ultrasound at 5 weeks the lady said she didn't see anything to call my ob I'm so confused because my ob didn't even call me back or send me for blood work they are just sending me to another ultrasound next Thursday. But now as of today I'm bleeding no cramps just blood and no pain anywhere . So here's why I'm confused could I have not been pregnant to being with like the lady said she didn't see anything on the ultrasound. But why would I have 5 positive pregnancy test . I'm so confused and hurt right now I'm giving up on trying to have another baby
