I'm concerned .. long post and it doesn't really make sense but I'm worried

2 weeks ago I had an ultrasound at my doctors office and my ob noticed a size discrepancy Baby B was almost a lbs bigger than A, he booked me an appointment for today at the perinatal clinic we have here. So after 2 weeks waiting from my last ultrasound until today I went and got my scan done , baby B is now 1lb bigger than A , they are both big babies so 5lbs 6oz and 6lbs 6oz at 35 weeks. The doctor at this scan told me baby A was "blood sparing" using the majority of his blood for his brain and main organs.. they want me to come back in 3 days for another scan... I am worried. Also my ob said if my ultrasound showed a lb size difference again he was going to induce me anyways. I got an extra appointment to see him tomorrow but I'm concerned.
