Period after MC?

I had a MC on 3/18 and bled for 3 weeks. Yesterday 4/25..I woke up to very light bleeding-only when I wiped..it lasted like this through out the day but by night time it had stopped and this morning still nothing. Is my period possibly trying to start, could I be pregnant again already and this is implantation(had intercourse 2 weeks ago but did not ttc), I had an ultrasound done a few days ago to look for fibroids-could this be related? Any opinions are greatly appreciated :)
