Job help!!! Urgent!!!

Ladies! I really need your help! I am a ftm going back to work. I have 2 job offers to choose from and need an answer by the morning.

Job 1 is a harder job, more demanding mentally and emotionally but I can work from home 5 days a week. Maternity leave follows standard FMLA. This job has advancement opportunities.

Job 2 is an easier job but a 'step back' from my current position. I can work from home 2-3 days a week and they are very flexible with hours and understanding of me being a new working mom. This job doesn't really have advancement opportunities but provides 16 weeks 100% paid maternity leave and 10 weeks unpaid.

Both have the same salary.
