I'm 25w4d with #1. my right nipple started hurting liked crazy and was extremely painful and sore to touch. If I had been wearing a bra I might have screamed! I sucked it up for 3 seconds and pinched the nipple and rolled my fingers around. clear and white liquid came out. positive it's colostrum, it came out as one would expect. is there something else I could do to treat/prevent the pain? I can't fix it the same way if it happens at work. is there anything else I should know?
