why are people so inconsiderate?!

there's a car been parked at the rear of my house for 14 weeks! I can't put my car at the back because then all access is blocked and people come banging on my door instead of the other cars owner! this car needs scraping, it doesnt start, it's not road legal and a complete obstruction! so today I go shopping and park my car at my back door to get the bags in instead of having to carry them half way down the street and all the way through the house (I had big bottles of milk, pop, and heavy boxes, I've just taken the first load in the house and there's a guy in a car beeping me telling me to hurry up he's been there 20 mins (I'd only parked there 4 mins ago). I told him if he has a problem to go see the other cars owner as I'm busy and allowed to take my shopping in without hassle, he said the other cars been there months so if anyone had to move it's me! the owner said he just hasn't got round to selling it yet, he's had 4 months!! I'm ready to go smash it up and set it alight just so someone will move the damn thing! I can't even park my car in the garage because he's blocking my way. seriously why can't people think of how their actions (or lack of) affect other people? it's not just me it's 5 of my neighbours too, none of us can use the back because of one inconsiderate stupid car owner, and the best part is....he works with cars for a living and has 3 others parked at the front of the house! thanks for reading my rant. I needed to get that out!
