Baby hitting in the same spot

For a little over a week now. My littles has been hitting in the same spot. I think it could be hiccups. But it starts to hurt because she does it for about 5-10 minutes repeatedly in the same spot. At the same time she is moving the rest of her body but is stuck on playing the drums with my uterus. Maybe doing the salsa. Anyone else have this happen to them? I don't remember my first born doing this. Than again he was comfortable where he was lol.
