Is this my mucous plug??? TMI
I got a membrane sweep done yesterday at 2:30. I just went to the bathroom and wiped and this was on the toilet paper. I have been having back pain and menstrual like cramps since... some contractions but the back pain is the worst.
Is this my mucous plug???
