Am I the only one only buying a Bassinette at First & No Crib?

I think I should not stress the crib yet since you can waddle the bby to sleep for the first couple months in his bassinette

I was given a crib but all we got was a pack in play for downstairs and a bassinet for upstairs in our bedroom

Yes I'm getting a bassinet for the first 3-5 months (when I plan on moving) then ill get a bassinet! Baby will be in the room with me at first.

My son never slept in his crib. I don't even plan to put it up for this next baby. We went from the bassinet to bed sharing... which is not something I ever planned on doing but it just worked better for us. So, I don't think it's crazy to wait.

I have never used a crib for any of my kids. They are big, bulky and a waste of money. We used a bassinet until they were too big for them and then co slept until they were around 1/1.5 years old (till we were done breastfeeding) and by then they were sleeping in a regular bed because they had already figured put how to climb out of the pack and play.

Using a bassinet for a couple months and switching over to a crib seems like the best choice you save room like that and baby will feel more comfortable
