post pregnancy/c-section body disappointments
Tomorrow it will be 3 weeks since having my beautiful son. I know it's "only" been 3 weeks but that doesn't change the emotions i get looking at "this body." My boobs are totally deflated, my ass seems like it's maganed to slide down into my thighs. My thighs look like orange rinds. My stomach still looks 5 months pregnant, and I've gained this new terrible belly flap that just kind of hangs. Big clothes don't even mask this all, and I literally lose it and break out into a huge ugly cry fest trying to get dressed in the morning. So... I need ideas and things I can do to fix this. I have 3 more weeks til I can start working out again, but I need things I can do now to help this. I've started walking every morning, dieting and detoxing.
