hip pain\out of place 11+3 weeks advice? it sucks :(
over the last week or so ive noticed my right hip just sore. yesterday laying on my left side I had to reposition because it hurt so bad and has since. I get out of bed last night and stretch and notice my right hip goes in, my left sticks out. I'm assuming theyre out of place and I don't see me midwife til next week.
has anyone experienced or know what I can do to ease this
