CRAMPING IN MY ABDOMINAL AREA AM I OVULATING?

I’m having mild cramps and backaches it’s too early to be ovulating I tho I I had my period September 30th-October 4th. I had sex unprotected yesterday morning could this be due to the sex no that doesn’t make sense. Could I be ovulating I have a 30day cycle I never ovulated this early and also I had a lil mucus earlier it was dry thick and I couldn’t even pull it apart I read somewhere if you can pull the mucus apart you’re ovulating.....somebody help me out here please!!!
