When is the best time to OPK?

i have heared from some people that its best to be done with FMU but other people have told me it's best to do it around midday / afternoon.

The instructions say to ignore FMU because you won't get a clear view on it you spiked or not. Aka too long from time you went to sleep. To be accurate it's mid morning or early afternoon and evening.
