Anyone else??

Does anyone else have an issue with sore and swollen breasts more often than not? I woke this morning, and about started crying 😢! Yes, I’m 4 days away from my period, but this happens even when I’m not near my period start date. Both of my boobs are tight, tender to the touch, swollen, and super painful. Here’s just a couple examples of how often both are swollen and sore, I HAVE to wear a sports bra if I’m not wearing a regular bra, and my boyfriend knows they are a NO zone for any kind of foreplay. I’m just lost... all research I’ve done says hormones, but my Jesus!! Out of a month they are swollen and sore at least half the time! Should I go see someone about this or are there other lovely ladies that have extremely sore and swollen boobs?
