anxious!! labor or crazy?

Okay ladies all night I've been dealing with awful lower back pain feels like right on my spine and it radiates to my hips. The pain goes to my pelvis every few minutes and my stomach was rock hard for awhile last night.  I just saw that I lost or am loosing my mucus plug. Should I be worried?? I know everyone says you'll deffintly know when your in labor but being a first time and having a relatively good pain tolerance I just don't know!!

ended up being fake labor.. so sad:( all this pain and hoorah just to not be ready yet:(

That was how my labor pains began. It was all in the back and felt like I had to poop. They eventually progressed to both back and pelvic pain (similar to intense period cramps). After that, they start to take my breath away, got closer together, and got stronger. About 8 hours after I had the first inkling that I might be having labor pains, my water broke.
Sounds like it could be the start of something for you. Make the call to your doctor and see if they think it's time to go to the hospital. Good luck!!
