I know this is a much debated topic. Iv read a lot of articles. Because I wake up every day thinking about SUSHI, and go to bed thinking of SUSHI 🍣😭 I crave it 24-7! Everyone is so different. Some say some sushi is safe as long as it's not high mercury fish. Which sounds great! Then some say only cooked sushi, no raw of any kind. Then some say stay away all together, because the chefs knife could've been contaminated..

My question here is IF you eat sushi while pregnant, what kind of rolls do you get? I'm thinking of trying a Cali roll (from a reputable restaurant), but im sensitive to soy.. which imitation crab is full of and that's what most California rolls use. Sigh.
