Whooping cough vaccine ?

I know there is a lot of debate on vaccines - this is not a debate lol. I personally lean on the side of caution with vaccines , not that I don't want them for the baby but I want to know what the hell its for, what's in that stuff, etc.

I am getting the whooping cough vaccine next week if i choose to. I'm just curious if those of you did and how it went or if you chose to opt out and why. Again this is not a debate on the ethics but just you making a personal statement .
