I am 9 weeks as of today. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and Baby was in the uterus with a heartbeat of 109.

I recently lost a baby to an ectopic at the end of July.

I am absolutely paranoid and terrified that I am having a missed miscarriage.

I’ve had some basic normal signs of pregnancy but my breasts stopped being tender a few days ago, and I’m not AS nauseous on and off as I was last week.

I do have an ultrasound today so I should know for sure but I can’t help but to be so afraid.

Can anyone tell me if they’ve had a similar pregnancy and everything be ok?
