Micro TESE & Varicocelectomy

My husband has had 2 sperm analysis that came back at 0. The initial test showed 1 non-motile sperm through centrifuge (spinning the sample down). He has been on Clomid for just shy of 90 days with surgery on Monday morning.

Has anyone's husband gone through this? How was their recovery.

I'm praying that they find sperm as I start stimming for IVF today and we had to pay upfront.
