11 months PP- supply declining
I'm nearly 11mo PP and have been exclusively BF and pumping (when at work). Goal is to make it to a year- ALMOST THERE!!! I've been nursing a nasty cold the past two weeks. Between that and getting my period, my supply has dropped dramatically while pumping.
Anyone have some quick fixes to increase supply? I do have a small freezer stash but trying not to use too much of it, as id like to save that for when the LO is 1 so we can mix with regular milk.
