It's been almost 6 months

I started TTC last September. Got pregnant in October and had a MC on Christmas eve. Waited a while and tried again in April. I got pregnant again in May and found out in June I was having twins. July 20th I had another MC. I haven't had a period since April. My Medicaid was just shut off, so I can't go see an OBGYN. So frustrated and nervous as to why my body is behaving so poorly.

I have lupus, but have been in remission for about 3 months. I exercise every other day for an hour, count calories and stay away from processed foods, drink 200 oz of water daily and stay away from sodas and alcohol. I just want to have a baby and knowing I can't try again until I've had a period sucks. 😣😭😖
