You can't actually HAVE symptoms other than implantation signs until AFTER implantation which generally occurs 6-9 days after fertilization. Until then, your hcg isn't rising.

Still not having many symptoms now and I am 33 weeks. My boobs were slightly tender. Obviously now I would find the kicking and belly worrisome if I wasn't pregnant but I didn't have the common symptoms.
