So I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Due March 24th.
I am in desperate need for a haircut and color. What are the rules on hair dyeing while pregnant. I'm not considered high risk. Thanks.

I’m a stylist and pregnant - you’re completely fine!!!!!! I’d suggest go with two day dirty hair, if your scalp is squeaky clean it can cause irritation

Just box dyed my hair today after speaking with many moms whose opinions I trust! From what I read up on it’s totally fine after the first trimester. Went from blonde to brunette. 😊

My doctor just told me there is no statistically significant proof that coloring your hair while pregnant is bad.

Coloring your hair is fine. Just don’t bleach it lol

You should be ok as long as you notify your stylist before hand so she/he can use less chemicals. I’m due four days after you and just got my hair done this week.
