PCOS the monster

I didn't realize just how many women actually suffered from this demon until I joint this group....I remember when I was first diagnosed a few years ago a ex-friend of mine said "oh it's not too bad, it's not like you have cancer or anything " and that statement hurt me to my core, this condition has cause me constant physical pain and emotional pain....I've gained over 65 lbs since my diagnosis and is constantly fighting to not gain anymore weight! And not to mention this disease has caused me four years of TTC without success....and this is just my story, some of you women have been TTC for 10+ years and have even worst physical pain, yet some people believe it's not that bad! Well PCOS is my cancer that I intend to beat!!
