38w1d wtf is happening?!

Hi ladies, to keep things simple I am

38w1d/ FTM and today I all of the sudden am experiencing hot flashes?? Like I’ll get overly hot and nauseous, I’m so hot I almost feel like fainting. Like the nausea is STRONG too. Then I get cold. Like shivering I’m so cold and I have pressure down on my butt like I have to poop anddddd my stomach has like menstrual cramps. I have no idea what is going on but it’s coming in waves. I don’t know what to do. I’m already 2cm dilated and I’ve lost my mucus plug but I know those don’t really mean anything but I’m utterly miserable. She’s moving like crazy so that’s not a concern. I’m sorry this post is all over the place I’m just confused and I’m so over the nausea and having to basically lock myself in the bathroom.
