Is this normal?? 🤔 (5 week ultrasound)

Hi Mamas! I had an ultrasound yesterday (5 weeks, 5 days) and they seen a gestational and yolk sac but NO fetal pole. I'm concerned because my hcg is well over 12,000...I'm completely freaking out thinking it could be a blighted ovum.  
If I'm correct, I thought you were supposed to see a fetal pole once was your hCG is over 10,000? Anyone else have this happen?? What was your outcome?

*UPDATE* I had a second ultrasound today and we seen BABY & the flickering of the sweetest HEARTBEAT!! 😍🙏🏼 I'm so relieved and thankful!

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and 4 days and they only saw a sack and my levels were only in the 3,000 I am now 28 weeks and 2 days with a healthy little boy! Don't stress!

At that stage in pregnancy, things develop so fast, and everything is so small, you could do a scan tomorrow and see everything.
My first scan 5and 4 we saw the sac but that’s it. At 6 and 3 we saw the heartbeat
