delivering between 37-38 weeks

UPDATE: I am only asking because doctor wants me to induce labor naturally before being induced at 39 weeks. baby girl has a large stomach and I'm afraid it's her spleen being enlarged. i was born with a enlarged spleen and it is hereditary. so if i delivered early i just wanted to hear stories. thank you
