Tummy Time

My daughter absolutely HATES tummy time. She's a little over three weeks old and my pediatrician recommended we start tummy time as soon as possible to help her strengthen her neck. Problem is she hates it and lays on the floor wailing because she can't move around or see things. Does anyone else have this problem? What do other moms do to make tummy time more enjoyable for your little ones? Or is there a temporary alternative until she can be more entertained?
