trying to conceive

hi guys name is tiara im 27 well for starters i lost a baby at 4 1/2 months june 1 2017. since then ive been trying my hardest to conceive. on sept 5th i had my cycle it was normal, but on sept 27 it came back down is that normal. i really need help on what to do to get pregnant as far as finding out when im most fertile and when im ovulating. i know nothing regarding that. but just to try it out i did the diy bleach test and it fizzled alot but im to scared to take a real test and get a bfn and be heart broken any advice one could give me to help me out
