Can diarrhea and nausea be a sign that your going into Labour?

Okay so usually I’m constipated for a few days then I have horrible diarrhea that hurts very bad when I do go. So kinda like IDSD. But the last 3 Days the constipation went away and the diarrhea has been more frequent and I have nausea like crazy everytime after I eat I almost get sick. And the past 2 days I actually have thrown up. I have read that as you get closer to your due date you will get diarrhea and some nausea and your body will try to clean it’s self out. Could this be a reason for this? I also have been having contractions and the baby is a little more active than usual. I’m just trying to figure out if my labor could be sooner since I’m experiencing this more frequently now. I also do not have a fever or anything of that sort.
