Why does my tongue look like this?!!!

What are those patches on my tongue??? They weren't there a few weeks ago and I just noticed them while brushing my teeth. They don't really hurt or anything, a little bit sensitive if I brush my tongue. Is that from burning my mouth or something? Anyone have any clue?
