I’m just past 38 weeks and I’m starting to get a cold. What can I do?

I had a cold right around that time too with my last pregnancy and I honestly didn’t do anything for it other than get plenty of rest and fluids. I just let it run its course. You can ask your doctor if there are any medications that would be safe for you to take to help alleviate your symptoms if they’re really bothering you.

If you get too miserable you can take Sudafed.
