Fertility Meds with Timed Intercourse??

Question

I have my first consultation with RE this week and I’ve had all my testing done. I’m hoping we can start a treatment right away. I’ve already tried three rounds of clomid with no ovulation. Any advice on what treatment options the dr might give me? My husband and I don’t want to jump right into doing IUI our insurance only covers 50% of any treatment. I have PCOS and everything else is normal for my husband and I. Anybody have a similar situation and successfully get pregnant after starting to see RE?

Your situation sound similar to mine, unfortunately I have yet to get pregnant. This month is my third medicated cycle. First two cycles I was taking letrozole/femera and taking a trigger shot to induce ovulation. Both of those cycles failed. This month my dr prescribed me injectable medicine(menopur) to see if that will help produce more than 1 ready follicle this month to increase my chances. I go see him on Wednesday and I am hoping for positive results.
