When do they need their own room?

Me and my SO live in a small two bedroom house and the other bedroom is currently an office/guest room. Our son is almost seven months old now and I'm wondering how old children typically are when they NEED their own room? I'm kind of worried we have to get a new place by then because we have nowhere to put the computer desk 😂

Legally where I am children need there own room from opposite gender sibilings when they are 6 years old. As far as I know there are no laws as to when a child needs a different room from there parents, but I would assume 6 would be pushing it. If you are asking when its HEALTHY to move your kid out of your room I would say 18 months at the latest. (you may have issues with getting them to sleep alone though). But as far as NEED to. It would be probably once you or the kid gets uncomfortable sharing a room.
